How long is the process?

The quick answer is that it will be fast. Time is of essence. It’s the one irreplaceable commodity we never seem to have enough of. We know that you are very busy managing your business. We respect this fact and we commit to you that we will be very efficient with all our time. We pride ourselves on being responsive, agile, but thorough. We believe that whats important here is not the quantity or volume of time available, but the quality of that time and the insights we bring to the project.

We will engage you, and your managers in intense half day discussions during the data gathering and environmental scanning process. We guide you through our detailed framework. Then we will go to work. We will commit to get back within two weeks with the draft Roadmap, which will then be finalized following another session with you and your team.

So within two-three weeks of the first strategy session we will have a final Roadmap ready for implementation. The implementation timeline will depend somewhat on you. We will obviously recommend a speedy implementation as it will be be optimal to get the plan in place as soon as feasible. But we will also work to your pace, respecting your priorities and organizational and environmental factors.
